MENDOLE RW 330 is an emulsified lubricant designed predominantly as process fluid in rock wool production. During the spinning process binder and oil are added to the fibers. The fibers are collected on a spinning belt and in this way a thin fleece is formed. The process oil has a double function: it re-enforces the wool water repellent properties and at the same time it captures the dust from the production surrounding area (wetting action).
