Sulto P32R is a low odour, light coloured chlorine free, neat cutting fluid suitable for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. The use of modern sulphur based extreme pressure additives ensures good operator acceptability. These coupled with additional extreme pressure and lubricity additives provide high performance, reduced tool wear and improved surface finishes even at low temperature/low speed operations, whilst remaining non-staining to non-ferrous/cuprous alloys. Careful selection oof base oils and the incorporation of anto-misting additives ensures minimal oil mist formation in use. Being chlrorine-free, Sulto P32R may benefit from reduced disposal costs over chlorine containing alternatives.
