Sulto P15K is a low odour, light coloured chlorine free, neat cutting fluid suitable for use on a wide variety of ferrous alloys. The use of modern sulphur based extreme pressure additives ensures good operator acceptability. These, coupled with reduced high levels of additional extreme pressure and lubricity additives ensure a very high performance, reduce tool wear and improved surface finishes over treditional product types. Careful selection of base oils including the use of hydrocracked base stocks and the incorporation of anti-misting additives ensures minimal oil mist formation in use. Being chlorine-free, SULTO P15K may benefit from reduced disposal costs over chlorine containing alternatives.
