Aral Sarol 460 EP is a biostabile, mineral oil based, chlorine and nitrite free, water miscible cutting fluid. Through the high percentage of polar active substances, Aral Sarol 460 EP is applicable for the working of aluminum, non-ferrous metals and also alloys. This product is for general machining operations with steel and high-grade steel parts. Aral Sarol 460 EP meets the requirements of TRGS 611. Mixing with water gives a whitish, fine dispersive cutting fluid emulsions with high emulsion stability and long emulsion life. Furthermore, Aral Sarol 460 EP has non-ferrous metal inhibitors and a good skin compatibility. Aral has successfully submitted this product to the strict requirements of the high-quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001.
