A new universal cylinder oil suitable for use in engines running both high and low Sulphur fuels. Its patented formulation is specially designed for the cylinder lubrication of slow speed 2-stroke diesel engines when running with fuel having a large range in level of Sulfur. The unique composition of TALUSIA UNIVERSAL gives to this lubricant an exceptional and perfectly adapted behavior with regard to the neutralization ability of acids generated during the fuel combustion process.

Allowing for the most stringent conditions encountered in service, TALUSIA UNIVERSAL covers the special operational needs when using fuel with a sulfur level between 0.5% and 3.5%. With TALUSIA UNIVERSAL no need to change to a special cylinder oil when entering in SECA’s area. With TALUSIA UNIVERSAL no need to store more than one cylinder oil on board. With TALUSIA UNIVERSAL no need to install additional lube oil storage tanks or pipework With TALUSIA UNIVERSAL no need to train crew on correct switch over procedure
