Kunlun’s Marine 1000 Open Gear oil is black and semi-fluid open gear oil blended with heavy viscosity mineral based. It provides good adhesiveness to metal surface which prevents gear oil from  hardening, chipping, flaking or forming stubborn build up under low temperature conditions. Its volatile and non-chlorinated solvent not only enhances environmental protection but also ensures the formation of an adhesive oil film on gear teeth for better performance. An enhanced additive is used to protect the gear effectively under severe working conditions, including low speed and heavy duty, etc. It also provides excellent water resistance properties. It can be easily applied on lubricating parts by brushes, spray guns and automatic dispensing systems.

Suitable for lubricating open gear transmission devices used in heavy-duty mining equipments, such as electric shovels and grinding mills.
