Within industry, highly refined mineral oils are used to a large extent for purposes other than lubrication. These oils are known as process oils and can be included as a component in plastic, rubber, etc., or be used as a process aid. FLEXWAY RP 30 can be used for example as a plasticiser and filler in the manufacture of rubber and plastic. The product also works very well as a process aid for e.g. binding dust or working as a wetting agent in the roofing felt industry.
