NAVIGO DD 40 is a high quality low ash, heavy duty, detergent diesel engine oil that has been specifically designed to lubricate Detroit Diesel two-stroke diesel engines and other engines that require such SAE 40 engine oils.

NAVIGO DD 40 is for naturally aspirated and turbo-charged Detroit Diesel two-stroke engines running on fuels containing not more than 0.5% sulphur.
It is suitable for engines that require SAE40 API CF-2/CF/CD II/CD/CC/SF lubricant.
NAVIGO DD 40 is suitable for Detroit Diesel Two-Cycle Engines Series 53, 71 and 92 running on fuel with less than 1%wt. Sulphur and for Detroit Diesel Two-Cycle Engines Series 149 (Marine only) running on Fuel with Sulphur content ranging between 0.5% and 1%wt.
Detroit Diesel now recommends max. 0.8%wt. sulphated ash for 149 series engines running on less than 0.5%wt. fuel Sulphur.
